Every staff member was really good and friendly. i quickly realized the leadership team have got so much right. the culture is warm and human. The reception staff were friendly, as were the ladies cleaning rooms.

The room was very quiet and clean. I found a good selection of toiletries and drinks inside, and the milk bar was a great touch. All the staff were courteous and friendly . A wedding occurred, yet it did not disturb my experience. Extra staff managed the busy checkout (due to the wedding), very efficient indeed.

The hotel is conveniently located near major transportation routes. It provides easy access to surrounding areas. I noticed ample parking spaces available arriving by car (parking is always a plus).
